Nexurio Labs provides access to a digital software platform and prepaid usage-based services. Due to the nature of digital access and prepaid credits, our refund policy is limited and clearly defined below.
By purchasing Nexurio Core or adding wallet credits, you agree to this Refund Policy.
All Nexurio Core subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
This is because:
Access to the platform is granted immediately
Digital services cannot be “returned”
Resources and infrastructure are allocated upon activation
If you cancel your subscription, your access will remain active until the end of your paid period.
All wallet top-ups are final and non-refundable.
Once wallet credits are added:
They are immediately available for use
They may be consumed automatically by usage-based services
Credits do not expire, but they cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash
If you believe there has been a billing or crediting error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
We will review the issue and, if an error is confirmed, correct the balance or access accordingly.
Temporary service interruptions caused by maintenance, updates, or third-party providers do not qualify for refunds.
This Refund Policy does not override any consumer rights provided under applicable law.
